Modern dentures
Dentures have come a long way. Ours are made from high-quality acrylic or lightweight flexible materials, with teeth chosen for shape and shade to suit your face, not a one-size set. Partial dentures replace a few teeth and clip discreetly onto those remaining; full dentures replace a whole arch.
Denture stabilisation with implants
The most common complaint about lower dentures is movement: they lift when you eat, click when you talk and need adhesive. Two to four implants placed in the jaw give the denture something to clip onto. It snaps in firmly, stays put while eating and comes out for cleaning. For patients who want something that never comes out, a fixed full-arch bridge on implants is the next step.

Impressions and try-in
Precise impressions, then a wax try-in so you can approve the look and bite before the denture is finished.

Fit and adjust
Your denture is fitted and fine-tuned. For implant stabilisation, the implants are placed first and the denture converted once healed.

How many implants do I need to stabilise a denture?
Usually two for a lower denture and four for an upper. Your consultation with Mr Aldaadaa confirms what is right for your bone.
Can my existing denture be stabilised?
Often, yes. If it fits well and is in good condition, it can be modified to clip onto the implants.
How long do dentures last?
Five to ten years. Your gums change shape over time, so relines and eventually a remake keep the fit comfortable.
