Thirty minutes. We take a full history, examine your teeth, gums and soft tissues, take digital x-rays where they are needed, and finish by talking you through what we found. You leave with a written plan and a price against every item on it. Nothing is booked on the day unless you want it to be.

A new patient examination is £86.63 and that includes any x-rays we need. There is no separate registration fee and no charge for joining the practice.

No. You can book directly, online or by phone on 020 7289 3120. Private dentistry has no registration list, so you are not joining a waiting list either.

Yes, with your written consent, and it is worth doing. Previous x-rays let us see how quickly anything is changing rather than guessing from a single snapshot. You do not have to wait for them to arrive before your first visit.

With a conversation, not a lecture. Long gaps are common and we see them every week. If a full examination feels like too much for a first visit, come in and talk to us first — plenty of people do, and it costs nothing to ask.

Yes. Family appointments back to back are usually the easiest thing to arrange, and children under 16 are seen free when a parent is a patient with us. The Queen’s Park practice has a children’s room that makes the whole thing considerably easier.

Say so when you book and we will find you a same-day emergency slot rather than a routine one. We are open seven days a week, including Sundays, which is when most people find they cannot get seen anywhere else.

Card or bank transfer on the day for routine work. For larger treatment plans we offer 0% finance over twelve months and longer interest-bearing options, arranged before treatment starts so you know the monthly figure in advance.
